What we collect, and why
To personalize your journey, we use your stated preferences, your search history and your location while you use the app. This is what lets us compose itineraries and find you the greenest path. That's the whole reason we hold it — nothing here is sold or brokered.
Your rights, self-serve
- Export — download a copy of your data at any time
- Delete — close your account and erase your record
- Consent — nothing non-essential loads before you say yes, and you can withdraw it
- Request — for anything else, reach our privacy team and we'll action it
How we protect it
Transactions and records are kept secure and tamper-resistant, encrypted in transit and at rest. Our analytics are privacy-first and carry no personal information. We minimize what we keep and purge it on a retention schedule.

We stay provider- and region-agnostic and default to a Canadian / regional host, so your data rests close to home and inside the right legal perimeter.
